No church is greater than their prayer life. If we want to be a people who seek the presence of God, are formed into the image of Jesus, and live on mission for the renewal of our city and our world, we must become a people of prayer. We want constant, conscious communion with the Father; we long to practice the presence of God in everything we do.

Here are some prayer resources we have found helpful:

Prayer Room

God is stirring a life of prayer in Ankeny Gospel Church. We are so excited to open up a Prayer Room every Wednesday from 12-1PM AND every Friday from 6-7AM. This hour is designed to join together with the body of Christ and seek the presence of God (Matthew 6.33). You can come for 15 minutes or 50 minutes - you can bring a lunch if you want to - you can invite friends - you can come by yourself.
