Open Scripture Workshop

October 2-3, 2026

Are we reading the Bible the way it was meant to be read?

The Open Scripture Workshop is a hands-on training experience designed to help you engage the Bible with greater accuracy and confidence. Learn how the nature and genre of each biblical text shapes how it should be understood, interpreted, and applied. Through clear teaching and case studies, you’ll gain tools you can use every time you open Scripture — whether you’re new to Bible study or have been reading for years. Join us for the Scripture Workshop, led by Dr. Tracy McKenzie, Professor of Hebrew and Old Testament, as we dig into what the Bible is so we can read it the way it was meant to be read.
